So I bought these and they arrived a couple days ago. I'll be returning them. They are trash. Not straight at all compared to my Milwaukee bits. We're talking the tip of the bit dances around in a...

Bought these from Home Depot for $11 from a front page deal over a year ago. Still use them today regularly with no issues. None of them have broken, or fallen out of my impact drill. Used on wood,...

This is the same price as Home Depot. This is not a deal. Amazon is not always cheaper.

Yeah, but this exact combination looks weird for me (and probably many people moved from Germany or neighbors). Afaik this combination is banned for any use in whole EU (while I have seen such...

A regular good drill bit would work for simply drilling holes into a plastic bucket, but if you'd like less mess and something cheaper than a high quality forster bit, you can just by an inexpensive...

I know nothing about tools. I recently drilled about 200 holes in a 5 gallon plastic bucket to make a live bait bucket, and it was a total mess. Plastic shards everywhere. Waste of 5 hours. A buddy...

That gold coating is TiN: Titanium Nitride coated, helps chips flow out better and the drill last longer but is not very desirable for aluminum. Aluminum tends to stick that particular coating. ...

I bought these but later canceled my order due to negative comments here. What might be a good drill bit set with hex shank that I can look at?

Agreed. I own these, they break, they aren’t connected will. Just garbage all the way around. It will waste your money to purchase these, by something of better quality.

I got the Ryobi Titanium-coated set from Home Depot last week for around the same price or so (or a bit more I think), but that comes with even more bits than this one and a sturdier case. Not sure...

These are terrible bits. The bits just shear away from their hex heads, especially the smaller ones. Had two of them bend on me too. Would recommend you find another set.

This isn't a deal, it's just the price returning back to that same price it's been for years.
