One annoying thing is that it’s a proprietary charger, no micro-usb, type- C, or another standard that everyone already owns. Replacement charging cable (uses USB) is $10, not terrible just annoying.

Almost any liquid soap. Specifically not foam (this is their liquid kind). I use soft soap fine. It might be difficult to use a very thick one like Palmolive.
