Without exact panel type/revision comparison its still hard to compare based on vague specs since things like viewing angle have almost no meaning at this point based on how they measure it.

Nope. You would get a horrible mish mash of UI elements at 100% scale with the font in them at 150% or higher scale. The app will look weird in ways it was not designed for. Think chrome tab box size...
