Thanks. I managed to snag one. I found mine outside in the garden section on a top shelf covered in dust. Not inside with all of the other grills.

Honestly, might still be worth it especially if they lower the price because of rust. The cook top can be cleaned off and re-seasoned

Yes, walmart.com showed two at my local store yesterday, then showed out of stock after that. Brickseek still said 2-3, so I went, and they did have three in stock that were pre-assembled.

I'd wait for one of the blackstone griddles, last year both were on clearance but the Blackstone was much better quality. I grabbed the 3 burner blackstone with lid instead

Yes, I did Ribeyes on it and it was great, I'd say it gets 500+ on high after a good preheat. Haven't measured though.

Sorry — I was speaking from prior experience. It’s seemingly the worst store in the area in regards to erroneous stock entries. I don’t have first hand info on this item though.

I seasoned mine yesterday. During that process, the temp (measured with a laser gauge) got over 550 pretty quickly.
