If it’s just for an xbox one the 144hz refresh rate is overkill so I’d stick with the Samsung... a larger screen is going to be more beneficial to you.

Both have free sync, 4ms response time and seem to have VESA but the sizes are different 27 vs 24, brands Samsung vs Acer, non-gaming vs gaming as refresh rate is higher on the Acer 144 vs Samsung...
