You'll likely use the 1 HDMI out for 1 monitor and then have to get either a Type C or USB 3.0 to HDMI (or DVI....or both) adapter for the other monitor. Cheapest adapter should run you around $20...

The Dells can be ordered with IPS display (Dell calls is WVA but is the same - on the first one you linked it's an upcharge). This OD Lenovo has a (much worse) TN display.

No this doesn’t perform as well as a discreet gtx 1650. Mx350 maybe. Soldered ram ( 8gb isn’t enough to realize the true potential of this chip). You can add more but not running in dual channel mode.
