The autofocus on the 25mm is quieter than the 20mm, which might matter for video. I find that the autofocus speed is substantially faster on the 25mm vs the 20mm as well.

I have this lens and use it in my Panasonic G5. I find the framing is a bit tight for indoor use. OTOH the aperture is wide enough that you don't need the flash in many indoor situations.
