As long as you were prompted to log into paypal and you selected discover cover..it will count..not sure why you would be worried or confused about the terms at all.

Not necessarily. Usually for these offers, you only need to pay a portion of your purchase with cashback....so .01 with one point would count.

Absolutely.... I've learned my lesson after I was eligible for the 20% promo but didn't have any rewards left and couldn't use it.... of course by the time I had Rewards the promo was expired...
