They need a middle size. The s/m is too small for me and l/xl is too big. Quality wise they are good and comfortable despite the size. I recommend them.

I bought the L/XL and it seems loose and I have a big head. I am buying the S/M and try it out. The fabric is fine and you have to insert a coffee filter in the slot to use them.
