Not sure you could make keys with most mainstream consumer 3D printers. Don't think the features would be quite fine enough at that size. Also the plastic (PLA, ABS, PETG) would flex and likely wear...

I printed Schlage keys with my Ender 3 in PLA. It worked but wouldn't last more than 4-5 turns. I have not tried in PETG.

I just ordered a flashforge adventure 3 printer from amazon. I believe it’s the same as the voxel, just rebranded for monoprice. How have you liked that printer? Any problems?

If you want a delta, Get a flsun qqs pro. Way less expensive than this and quite reliable. I have one and love it.
