Was gonna buy but given poor general reputation, I'll buy another pack of Kirkland ones

First, my 2 cents: The microfiber towels are not worth the money. They quality simply is not there. They are inexpensive... but that is for a reason. I will say that you can get far better "rags" at...

The Mr Pink loaded into a power washer foam cannon is great for car washes. I bought the gallon jug a few years ago and it still suds up nicely

Chemical Guys customer service is awful. Their product failed on first use and they wouldn't help me.

Kirkland microfiber towels are as good, if not better, than these imo.

These guys really stepped up during the whole Covid thing by making alcohol based hand sanitizer for reasonable prices. They should definitely continue getting our business.

I was persistent. They didn't care. I shouldn't have to pester them over and over, again, regardless. It shows they don't care. I will deal with another company.

I've bought and tried a bunch of chemical guys products, from their applicators, towels, waxes, glazes, spray waxes, sealants, soaps, etc. Although not horrible, they're not exactly the best either....

Youve gotta be persistent on their IG and youll get help. They went out of their way to help me when I had a issue with product that was delivered leaking. I wasnt rude, but made my point.

Warning - the towels suck! They are ok for around the house, not good on the car! They leave lint everywhere and if you try to wipe your windows, the lint will stick to your glass.
