Washing separate with a special microfiber detergent seems to help (but not eliminate all lint) also drying on LOW with nothing else in the dryer.
Its driven me so nuts that I use a micro squeegee...

Warning - the towels suck! They are ok for around the house, not good on the car! They leave lint everywhere and if you try to wipe your windows, the lint will stick to your glass.

I've bought and tried a bunch of chemical guys products, from their applicators, towels, waxes, glazes, spray waxes, sealants, soaps, etc. Although not horrible, they're not exactly the best either....
