Cowboy Bebop is also on Hulu now though I don't recall if it's dubbed there. They say close captioned so I guess no dubbing? The English dubbing for Bebop is fantastic

Sadly, they're not. Most anime movies/TV shows will not be compatible w/ any other streaming services, except from the storefront you've originally purchased it from.
