I can affirm that this exact issue has happened on all three K800s I've owned, which is a shame because it was a fantastic membrane keyboard. I've since moved to the MX Keys and mechanicals.

I'll tell you, I've used keyboards over Bluetooth. It's all fine until you need a Bluetooth headset. Typing becomes incredibly slow, at which point you wish for a different frequency.

I prefer the 2.4g. my MacBook pro on Catalina has a Bluetooth bug where it disconnects frequently. I swapped a $100 BT Logitech keyboard for this one as a result.
