Just beware this can cause burns to their skin in the area applied. Look at the pictures of cats who were affected, and complaints on the product page. To be fair, not all cats have that reaction.

needle-less syringe, some medications for dogs and cats are identical formula (not all) so some people buy massive dog tubes and do the syringe thing

I use that method and get the blunted needles from the vet to attach to the syringe, draw up the proper amount, and apply it topically along their back from neck to tail. I find that method is better...

Just be really careful about the exact product and ingredients because the newer formulas for dogs (Advantix and Advantage Multi) are both TOXIC to cats. The ingredient to avoid is permethrin.
