I believe you are missing the point that despite what ADATA lists on their web page, it appears that the SU750 does not have a DRAM cache. Most reviews of the SSD note this, like the following from...

I saw confusing spec for this drive. ADATA website says it has DRAM cache but some review sites say that only the SU800 has DRAM while this one skips it. Can someone with this drive clarify? Thanks!

For around $30, 256GB is about the most you will get these days. The next step up in size is typically 480GB, it's unlikely you will find that for less than $50 at present. There are some off brands...

I meant to say that my SU700 does NOT have DRAM. From what I could find out about the MK8115, it seems that manufacturers are only putting DRAM in high capacity models (1TB+).

Decent price on a decent drive. Adata seems to have sales at Walmart often. I just picked up a 120GB SU650 for $20 a few weeks ago.
