Its true. Home Depot sells Zep degreaser in big containers. Not expensive and works great. Their glass cleaner is also amazing.

You'll be amazed at how well the cheap "orange" spray cleaners from the 99-cent store work on greasy engines. Just melts the goo away. Seriously - try it. You won't be disappointed.
