In my humble opinion, the wait is worth if you don't need it right now. This current model should drop in price even if you change your mind and still want this one instead of the newer one.

No, just Macro Exit. ;) This deal is B&M only, so tax is based on where the store is located. There'd have to be a sales tax "holiday" for them to not collect tax.

There's tax for MC. BH has no tax with their Payboo card.
