These are 7.1 virtual surround sound and 3D audio. There is only one driver in each ear cup, the surround sound is simulated.

Amazing price. I had two separate Astros orders at two retailers canceled this last winter. A40s through the Astro site for $99 and the a10s through Dell for $10. I'll get them someday.
