I'd say that's a pretty good trade-off. True 4 for $100 no taxes on AT&T network vs. 4 for $100 + taxes on a worse network with uncapped speeds.

Not that confusing actually. First 4 lines for 100$. then 20$ for each additional line. So, if you do the math, it would be 100+(20x6)= 220$ plus tax and fees for 10 lines with auto-pay.
