Dilute silicone paste in water. How exactly does one do that? Not to mention 303 apparently doesn't have any silicone, however I can't confirm that since the SDS is basically all proprietary stuff....

Some rubber "dries" out with time and cracks, and others get tacky. It depends on what it's been exposed to. Could have been a product or even a chemical like isopropyl.

The is mainly as the automatic car wash does not do a good job of cleaning and uses harsh chemicals to strip dirt (and everything else) away. 303 is mainly a protectant. There are better cleaners....

That's a manufacturing defect caused by crappy plastic. All 2004-2008 Acura's have this problem. Don't expect 303 to fix defective materials.
