I never had this issue with these k cups. It could be an issue with the needle in the bottom of keurig. I had this issue with donut shop blend and had to get replacement from Keurig

I have tried these cups a couple of times. The coffee was agreeable enough, but the cups didn't play nicely with my K-Cup coffee holder since there's no plastic sides or bottom on the cups.

Got these at Costco, they have the 100pk for 23.99. Coffee is smooth and drinkable, oddly enough you can taste the flavor once it cools down.
