Yes. I agree. In case of my amazon, since it was already delivered, it shows 'Shipped' and that worked for Listerine. Not for this. Also i hate that we cannot track them. Just wait for emails.

You could call them and explain. Sometimes they have rebate processors that aren't very bright. I had to solve an issue like this by talking to supervisor for different rebate in the past.
