Depends on what kind of lighting you're looking for. I think it looks great for a quick, easy solution for talking heads but I also like a little bit of shadow when I'm talking.

I work in the film industry. I wouldn’t necessarily use it as a key light even at its lowest setting. The tube itself is a little too punchy and will have pretty hard shadows. If you had a diffusion...
