Yes but it's 4:3 (unless they changed it). The DVD (and everywhere else) it's cropped 16:9 that doesn't look right (at least the CG). I'm considering buying it.

Because it came out almost the same time Star Trek Deep Space 9 did and DS9 had a huge fanbase from carry over from ST TNG coming to an end. And the elevator pitch for both shows probably sound 99%...
