I've used them before and, between them and a reputable seller, I think you'll be fine. Like most sellers though, you need to let them know ASAP about any damages in transit.

I don't know....IMO the center channel is by far the most important of them all. If it were me, I would have to decide between the 5.1 or just using the tv speakers. No combination of the two.

The biggest advantage for the Sony is the image processing. 1080p content looks much better due to superior upscaling. Otherwise they use the same panel - very similar.
