Yes, you should be able to use a 1" barbell with this as long as it is standard length. Olympic bars are 2", using this power rack with a smaller barbell won't be an issue with compatibility.

Yes exact same as Fitness Reality 810XLT. As such, this is not the best price since the 810XLT was sold by Walmart for $164. It's decent cage for the price though. It'll get the job done for bench...

You can flip it but you're not going to have clearance to stand under it for squat unless you're like 5'5". Source: I'm looking at mine right now.

The lat attachment is pretty darn cool. I have that also. I build a wooden platform with rubber from scratch and it looks so good. I also have the attachment kit for the rack with the landmine
