Don't buy their heatsinks, they're expensive as hell. Just get one for $10 at Amazon, they have many generic ones and work just as good.

The next smaller size is 250GB and it's not going to be much cheaper. This 500GB drive is more affordable than 250GB and 1TB capacities of the SN750 right now ($/GB).

If you need the extra space, go for it. Just be aware, the difference in performance from one NVMe to the next won't be noticeable for most use cases aside from benchmarks.
