UPS won't likely charge on that generator. My UPS doesn't charge when im running on a non-inverter generator. The power coming off these cheap generator isn't very 'clean'.

No way. Central AC is usually on a 20 or 30 amp 220v circuit breaker. And this unit only does 110v. Suggest Getting a low wattage, in window, ac unit for use with a generator in emergencies.
