I ordered 5 lego sets but only received 4. It took me about a month to get the final item ordered. It was unbelievable. Last time I'll order from them.

Got mine today 8/7 and everything was perfect. Super quick (ordered on Monday, shipped Thursday). No damage to either box. Really a pretty damn good deal.

If you buy from them, make sure you're being lucky lately - my box arrived crumpled, customer service is a joke, not worth it IMHO.

I have a feeling that their customer service just play dumb trying to brush you off when you are out of patience, I bet they got away with a large percentage of customers that way, including me.

I'm into the cars so I got the Bulgatti & Porsche both came 4 days from UK to NY and boxes were in immaculate condition, highly recommend. Too bad I'm not into the Technic trucks.

Mine came a week late and repackaged by DHL because the LEGO box was completely busted. No original shopping box left. I think it was dropped in water as part of it was wet. Customer service responds...
