Not sure about using on the headset itself to hang, but it fit perfectly in the box top flap slot so I assumed it was for hanging the product box on retail shelves and fell out of the flap slot...

On mine, the microphone works, but I can't get any sound whatsoever to come out of the headphones. Windows sees them, and I can adjust the volume. It just doesn't do anything. Edit: Never mind......

That sucks. Just to double check (and this will sound stupid), at least on Windows, was the Mic unmuted and the microphone level increased? I found that on my Windows 10 PC I had to unmute the device...
