Its not really your basic machine. I crowd funded as well and loved it. But I couldnt take the issues. It creates a vacuum and forces what would normally take 24 hours to happen in a few minutes....

Not really sure why people use this. Cold brew is idiot proof - you literally just put coffee grounds in a pot or jar and then add regular water and soak for 12-36 hours to your taste. I love Dash...

I’ve had it for probably 5 years now. Every once in a while a seal will break and it’ll start leaking. They’ve always replaced, even sometimes with a newer model.
