Updates on the HP are (surprise) for Windows. HP support site has the carepaks to install, it's a bunch of them. Partly there's a bunch due to the speakerphone on them.

Bought this a bit ago to replace my Elgato TB3 dock (which was a piece of garbage, ethernet wouldnt work, had to get it replaced after it stopped outputting audio...). Definitely worth the price.
