I agree with all your statements. Definitely read the fine print. I personally like PNC bank, there is atm machines everywhere (wawas, shoprite) and no charges for using atms.

Basically you'll first need to have Direct Deposits to meet the requirements. After that, you can stop direct deposit and do auto-deposit of any amount into Citizens account from another bank account...
