Not necessarily, while 128gb is cheap, 32gb is pretty large for any emulated games and a bunch of 3ds games. Most 3ds games I would say are around 800MB while upwards to 2GB. There aren't THAT many...

I did the same. Used (not new) 3DS with games for $100. 3ds hacks, easy but a lot of little steps, adds your gaming ability infinitely. 32 GB card is a must though.
