Another plus about this monitor is it has hdcp 2.2, meaning it can take in a 4k signal and downscale it to 1440p.

Received the monitor, yesterday. All good, the display cable that shipped with the monitor is working at full 1440p/165hz and 164hz with freesync enabled. Hope this helps.

Well, if you don't care about the discount and the ability for 120hz, you can purchase it from best buy to get it sooner for $449+tax. $100 more and no 120hz timing but you will get it sooner.
