My son had bad breath associated with his braces, this helped. If you don't have good results with less expensive brands of oral rinse you could try this, it is just mouth wash.

My wife is gluten sensitive, I know all about it. Read my comment more carefully. I don't know of any mouthwash that does contain gluten or see any reason why one could possibly contain gluten.
