These ones have a very small screen bezel which makes the device smaller than usual. They remove the numpad to keep the spacing of the keyboard without cramming things in.

The only thing upgradable on laptops are the storage and RAM. Unless you're a hardcore gamer, the GTX 1660ti should be the base GPU you should look for if you want a laptop to last you for years....
