All non-stick pans lose their qualities eventually. We have a set of stainless that has lasted over 30 years and we replace our non-stick fry pans every five years or so - regardless of the brand....

There's no true non-stick coating which is chemical free, thats basic science. They will all break down under high heat or repeated use. The only way to get food not to stick is by using oil/fat....

Cast iron. If kept properly seasoned it won’t stick and lasts forever. One I use daily was my great grandmother’s and is over 100 yers old.
