I am using Deco M9 from Costco from last 2-3 months without single issue. I have on an average 15 devices connected all the time. Not even a single drop. I couldn't be more happy with M9.

Also, a tip I found to be true with eero, the room where the eero gateway resides and the room right above it will get the best speeds of all the room because of the upward pointed antennas inside.

We have century link. Do these (or any other brand) work with it? I know when our regular router died we ended up having to order through century link. None at the stores were compatible.

I think you are confused with the modem (DSL or Cable) and router. Many modems have the router built but most people prefer to bypass it and use something better like this mesh system.
