Bought Quest bars from these guys many times. Never had issues, but if you do, Johnny's right: microwave for a few seconds and you're good to go.

Meant to say tapioca fiber not starch, basically companies found a way to turn fiber into sugar and still mark it as fiber. The FDA is making it so companies no longer can do that by 2021.

These are all hard, I've tried almost every flavor. Avoid these Quest bars if you can. Their protein chips though, those are great if you're trying keto. Especially if you can get them on sale.

A lot of people prefer Quest for the quality protein, fiber, and calorie count. Outright bars are my favorite, as far as taste goes, but they have an extra 100 calories per bar and not as much fiber....
