I ordered two of them in last two months. Recent one was last week. What I can tell is that it smell different but still very pleasant when you compare to recent walmarts equate hand sanitizers.

I bought some from Target and it doesn't smell bad at all. Now, it is a tad runny but again, not bad. It smells like alcohol and after 15 seconds, it's all gone with no more smell.
