They're almost exactly the same monitor. The Dell IIRC has 10 bit color and 2 extra USB ports, that's about the only difference between the two.

I got this one, have had it for a few months, works great. Curvature is right for this size. Colors are a little shallow, Turned the HDR off, no stuck pixels, needs tuning when you get it.

Not a bad monitor and I prefer this one over the acer nitro 32" but I would stay away from Newegg, They charge a restocking fee for returns and have a minimal of 8 dead pixels for a return.
