I can't figure out how to size this to men's even using the conversion chart. I wear an 8.5 in men's sandals. Looks like a 10 might equate to a 41 in Birkenstock which is a 8-8.5 in mens?

Remember these run big. Euro size. So if for example I'm a 6.5 in US size. I got size 6. My daughter was a size 6.i got size 5 for her.
