I like this bundle and it's a good deal. My only issue is Forza horizon 3 AND Forza horizon 4. I cant see the need to play the older game, now that 4 is out.

Kinda sucks a game that contains the words "Ultimate Edition" doesn't have all the big DLCs included. FH3 is missing the Hot Wheels DLC which I believe is one of the best parts of the game.

You just need an Xbox account to play. You don't need an Xbox Live Gold account if that is what you are asking. Only console players need a Gold account.

Make sure your PC can run it. I have both games on PC. If you don't have a good video card you will run into issues and will need to lower graphic settings. at max settings, it's a beautiful game.
