not really, it all goes intoo a bigger bin that gets compacted, throw anything down but if you really must, those plastic shopping bag usually work

How so...you have other members here saying that the bags are weak or break easily. Most of the times I use two bags incase it rips. Maybe some bags are made stronger than others.
