Probably more than 10% better. I have a 1070 mq mobile and compared to a mobile 1660ti, it's practically even, with the 1070 mq mobile about 5% faster on low and med settings.

First you cannot use the manual mode on battery, only performance and silent. Second, setting the fan curve to zero does not stop all fans. No idea why, but I tried it and it just doesn't work
