I have used a couple of GW deep wells out of a set and I did not notice that they scratch easy but they are the deep well. Use my husky sets for daily use so can't say that I have used the GW enough...

I found the 3/8 shallow ones locally and was able to pick them up with the promo code. The packaging sure is old but the sockets look fine. The package says made in china. They seem pretty well made.
