A SSD drive usually uses around 3 to 5 watts. HD’s aren’t much more. I think 50 spare watts (if that’s really correct) would be fine for those two. I would at least try.

This is a solid deal. I bought a "refurb" from the Acer store on eBay back in May with the i5-9400/12GB/512GB SSD setup for work and it is plenty fast and very quiet. Landed that refurb for $379.99.

If this is the same as case as the i5-9400, then check your measurements. I had to upgrade the PSU and the spare modular one I had was too long for the case.
