No it doesn't have nano IPS. Nano IPS displays have an extended gamut of ~135% sRGB or 98% DCI-P3. The 27GL83A-B also cannot update firmware whereas the 850 can.

You would probably be better served with a standard 60hz or 75hz 4k IPS with accurate colors. These fast 144hz 1440p monitors command a premium, and there can be some sacrifices made in color quality...
