TN is generally better for budget gaming monitors due to faster response times. IPS more vibrant colors. VA is kinda in the middle but really all depends on the actual panels as TN, VA and IPS can...

grabbed one but its showing 144hz as max in windows setting....unless u need to download msi gaming center... update: you need to buy a display port cable to get 165hz

I do't own one, but fro what I've heard 1080 isn't enough ppi when applied to 27". 1440p would be better or 29" if just looking for more screen.

I wouldn't use the word "bad." It won't be as crisp at 4K but shouldn't matter a whole lot if you're sitting the proper distance from the monitor. There's a reason so many recommend 27" 1080p...
